The 5596 ICE Shower Downlight is a new style bathroom recessed downlight. It consists of a  fresh modern design with a polished chrome finish and a stylish clear glass bezel helping to achieve that sumptious glamourous look.

 

It is also classified as a fire resistant bathroom downlight which means that as an extra safety feature it comes complete with a fire resistant cannister as part of its design and therfore complies with all the latest building regulations:
 

Part B - Fire Safety
Part C – Moisture Protection
Part E – Acoustic rating
 

They have been tested to provide a minimum of 90 minutes
fire protection as well as being IP65 and therefore suitable for use in shower enclosures.
